We put a lot of time and work into your order. Before starting any shirt order we will email you to discuss details for your shirt, so there should be no reason to be unhappy with your purchase.  So for that reason we do not offer returns or exchanges.

For chunky necklaces, all of those are ready to ship. Please understand that chunky necklaces should be worn with love and care. Excessive rough play, pulling, etc can cause the necklace wire to break. Now if your necklace is damaged upon arrival, you have 3 days to contact us.
